Try it, it’s on us. You have unlimited access to all Signalize Premium features so that you can try out advanced workflows for 30 days, with no contracts and no credit card required. After your trial is up, you can choose which plan you’d like to continue with. If you don´t act, you test will automatically end.

What payment types and currencies are accepted?

We accept most credit cards and, for license fees above 1,000 EUR we can support invoicing as well. The prices listed on are in EUR and do not include VAT. the statutory value added tax. Payments with currencies such as USD, CAD, GBP are also possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

For a monthly plan, you can cancel at any time with an annual plan of four weeks to the end of the contract without stating a reason. Just send us an e-mail to

Can I change my plan?

Absolutely. You can switch from monthly to annual, or from free to premium plans at any point. Any balance will be credited to your account and added to the license fees of the new plan.

Is there a discount for nonprofits and charities?

Yes there is! If your company is a nonprofit or charity, we offer a 15% discount. Please contact our sales team to request the discount.

How can I upgrade my Signalize Test Account to Signalize Basic, Advanced or Premium?

You can easily upgrade your Signalize Test Account at any time via the application. Log in to your Signalize account and click on the Upgrade button in the dashboard. You can find detailed instructions here.

What happens if my subscriber quota is exceeded?

No problem. Subscriber exceeding the booked quota will be invoiced according to the agreed licence price per 1,000 subscriber. The booked contingent can be increased at any time.
